McCarroll Construction was established by Shaun McCarroll and has been operating out of Wānaka since 2014. Shaun moved to Wānaka with his wife Kylie after an extensive building career in Dunedin.

We are passionate about building and proud to work out of Wānaka, one of the most spectacular places in the world.

As a small team of qualified, highly skilled and mature builders, we pride ourselves on our projects. With a passion for building and problem solving we take care of the complete process so you can sit back and enjoy watching your dream come to life.
